- Shift manpower plan allocation workwise

- Strong understanding of injection molding processes and machinery.

- Achieving Daily Production Target by effectively using all resources

- Ensuring INJECTION MOLDING Machine Parameters setting in the specified standard

- Ensuring and maintaining hygienic safety workplace

- Maintaining 5S in the shop floor and sustain the standards achieved

- Daily Production report preparing and submitting

- Reducing rejection by using standard operation procedure

- Motivate the team to create high-performance culture

- Maintaining WIP and RM inventory as specified Standard

- Leading the team of operators

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
