Job Purpose To lead and manage end-to-end execution of non-IT infra across branch/office infrastructure which includes property sourcing, liasioning with landlords, ensuring timely completion of infra projects, cost optimization, quality compliance, vendor governance and adherence to organizational standards.

Role & responsibilities

- Implementation of the policies and processes driven by HO.
- Handling and overseeing all Infra in the respective locations and branches.
- Monthly, weekly and yearly Budget planning and management.
- Responsible for recent infra sourcing and proposed branch establishment.
- Asset Management.
- Adhere to all local and legal compliances related to infra.
- Vendor management.
- Maintain all MIS drive and documents by HO.
- Scrap & Waste Disposal in coordination with HO team during the project period.
- Liaoning with Government Department as and when required same to be done in coordination with HOD.
- Periodically review of Business Continuity Plan that are directly associate with Infra activities.
