Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to manage and coordinate Infrastructure and Data Center Projects from initiation through successful delivery and closure. The role involves project planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk and dependency management, resource coordination, and execution across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage Infrastructure and Data Center Projects from project initiation to closure.
- Manage multiple infrastructure projects covering planning, scheduling, tracking, execution, and delivery.
- Lead project governance, status meetings, action tracking, project schedules, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Teams, Service Delivery, PMO, Application Owners, Support Teams, and Business Stakeholders.
- Define and validate project scope, requirements, objectives, risks, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Coordinate with resource managers for resource planning, capacity management, and project demand alignment.




- Drive project execution across global and geographically distributed teams.
- Act as the escalation point for project issues, risks, dependencies, resource conflicts, and delivery challenges.
- Maintain project documentation including Project Plans, Status Reports, MOM, Risk Registers, Decision Logs, and Implementation Records.
- Support budget planning, financial tracking, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Prepare and manage stakeholder communications, project updates, and customer-facing documentation.
- Coordinate implementation schedules, change activities, operational dependencies, and infrastructure deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality, and service expectations.
