Role Overview

We are looking for a Consumer Sales Advocate to handle customer interactions through inbound calls and chat , understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products, handle objections, and drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone & chat interactions with customers

- Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities
- Explain product benefits and recommend suitable solutions
- Handle customer objections and close sales
- Follow up with interested customers and drive conversions
- Maintain customer feedback and update CRM/sales tools

Required Skills

✅ 2+ years of Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales experience

✅ Experience in B2C / Consumer Sales preferred





✅ Solid communication & customer-handling skills

✅ Experience in sales conversion, objection handling & closing

✅ Good knowledge of CRM/Sales tools

✅ Basic understanding of hardware/software or consumer technology products

✅ Good English communication and typing skills

Preferred

- Consumer Electronics / IT / Hardware sales experience
- Microsoft product knowledge
- Upselling / Cross-selling experience
- Inbound voice & chat experience
