Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, as well as through references, networking, and social platforms like LinkedIn.
- Leverage internal databases, references, AI-driven sourcing tools, and Boolean search techniques for effective resume searches.
- Utilize AI tools to automate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting to enhance recruitment efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Conduct initial screening of profiles based on educational qualifications, technical skills, communication skills, and relevant experience.
- Coordinate and manage interview drives, including scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
- Track shortlisted candidates throughout the interview process and maintain accurate trackers and recruitment reports.




- Meet defined recruitment targets as per the hiring plan.
- Use social media platforms, job boards, internet sourcing techniques, and AI-assisted tools to identify and attract candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to effectively support and execute recruitment efforts.

Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in IT recruitment, with hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.
