Role Description This is a full-time, in office Information Technology Recruiter role based in Thane.

The Information Technology

Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting IT and technical candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Daily responsibilities include conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical assessments, partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and managing interview logistics and follow-ups. The role involves maintaining a strong talent pipeline,



updating recruitment trackers and reports, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The recruiter will also collaborate with HR and leadership to improve hiring strategies and meet organizational staffing goals in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting to effectively hire for diverse technology roles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring, including candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience recruiting for software development, data engineering, cloud, and other IT roles is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment, prioritize multiple requirements, and meet hiring timelines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and social recruiting platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
