Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our recruitment team.

The ideal candidate will have 3 months to 1 year of experience in Bench Sales, US IT Staffing, Recruitment, or a related field. This role is suitable for someone who understands the basics of the US staffing process and is looking to build their expertise in consultant marketing, vendor management, and recruitment.

You will be responsible for identifying suitable job opportunities for available consultants, coordinating with vendors and recruiters, submitting profiles, and following up throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Market available consultants to relevant vendors, recruiters, and clients.
- Search and identify suitable job requirements for available consultants.
- Match consultant skills, experience, and work authorisation with relevant requirements.
- Submit consultant profiles to suitable job openings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, and staffing partners while coordinating on job requirements, candidate submissions, interviews, and feedback.
- Follow up regularly on submitted profiles and interview processes.
- Negotiate rates and terms with vendors when required.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, requirements, and placements.
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to understand consultant availability and requirements.
- Keep consultants updated about job opportunities, submissions, interviews, and feedback.
- Use LinkedIn,



job portals, vendor networks, and other professional platforms to identify opportunities.
- Stay updated on US staffing trends, technologies, job requirements, and hiring practices.
- Work towards individual and team targets related to submissions, interviews, and placements.

Required Skills

- 3 months to 1 year of experience in Bench Sales, US IT Staffing, Recruitment, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process .
- Familiarity with US work authorisation categories such as H-1B, OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, and Green Card .
- Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and job requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple job requirements and submissions.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Willingness to work in a US/night shift environment .

Preferred Skills

- Experience with US staffing vendors or recruiters.
- Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed , and other US job portals.
- Basic knowledge of ATS/CRM systems.
- Existing knowledge or network within the US staffing industry.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
