Role Description The Influencer Marketing Operations Intern will support the planning, execution, and coordination of influencer campaigns on a day-to-day basis. This full time on-site role, based in Gurugram, involves identifying and vetting potential influencers, assisting with outreach, and managing communication to ensure smooth collaboration. The intern will help organize campaign assets, track deliverables and performance metrics, and maintain databases and reports for ongoing and completed campaigns.





Responsibilities also include supporting social media and community engagement initiatives, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing ideas to improve operational efficiency and campaign impact.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with influencers and internal stakeholders.
- Foundational understanding of Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing, with interest in creator platforms and digital campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of Public Relations to help manage brand reputation and influencer relationships.
- Exposure to Sales or partnership development, with the ability to support outreach and negotiations for collaborations.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and basic analytics to track and report campaign performance.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
- Curiosity about the creator economy, proactive problem-solving, and willingness to learn and take initiative.
