Key Responsibilities

•Identify, research, and shortlist influencers aligned with the brand’s target audience and positioning.

•Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiations, briefing, and execution.

•Build and maintain relationships with creators, talent managers, and influencer marketing agencies.

•Coordinate with internal content and design teams for smooth campaign delivery.

•Track campaign performance metrics such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions, and ROI.

•Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and collaboration records using Excel.





•Identify high-performing creator content for repurposing across ads, website assets, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

1+ year of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or creator partnerships.

Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.

Telugu is an added advantage.

Understanding of regional creator communities and social media trends is preferred.

Robust communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and campaign tracking tools.

Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
