About the role:
We are looking for a high-energy, growth-oriented Industrial Sales Manager who can combine strong industrial sales experience with a solid technical/product understanding and take ownership of the sales journey—from client outreach and technical discussions to negotiation and successful closures and client relationships.
What You’ll Own | Key Responsibilities
- Strong experience in industrial / B2B sales
- Strong technical/product knowledge with the ability to explain and sell technically complex products.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, follow-up and closure.
- Understand customer applications, pain points and technical requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions.
- MBA / PGDM or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Comfortable with field sales, customer visits and regular client engagement.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
