About the Role

Jaywant Group is looking for an experienced Industrial Architect to handle architectural planning, design and execution support for industrial and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, layouts and working drawings.
- Develop industrial building designs as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP and civil teams.
- Review drawings and ensure design accuracy.
- Prepare BOQ, specifications and design documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Track design changes and maintain project documentation.

Candidate Profile:
- B.Arch / M.Arch qualification.




- 5–10 years of experience in industrial architecture.
- Experience in industrial, warehouse, factory or commercial projects preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office.
- Good knowledge of architectural drawings and building regulations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
