Develop and execute sourcing strategies Indirect materials - must

- Identify and evaluate global suppliers to ensure quality, cost competitiveness,

and reliability - High
- Lead RFQs, contract negotiations, and supplier selection - must
- Build and maintain robust relationships with approved vendors - medium
- Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) - medium
- Conduct supplier audits in collaboration with QA teams - must
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and value engineering projects - must
- Analyse market trends, pricing, and supply risks
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and long-term agreements - high
- Ensure procurement complies with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company policies -high
- Work closely with Quality Assurance to onboard compliant vendors




- Maintain documentation for audits and inspections - high
- Partner with Production,Engg and R&D;, Quality, and Supply Chain teams

- Align procurement plans with demand forecasts and production schedules
- Identify supply risks and develop contingency plans - high
- Ensure dual sourcing for critical materials where required
- Lead and Execute of Capex Projects - High
- Finalise maintenance contracts
- Stake holder management and communication
- Having experience in Power-BI, AI tools, an added advantage.

Location : Hyderabad

Experience 7-9 yrs of Procurement in Pharma Industry

Education : With Graduation or Post Graduation
