We specifically require candidates with minimum 3 years of experience in the Logistics field, particularly with exposure to Custom House Agent (CHA) operations and Freight Forwarding

Key Responsibilities

- Customs Compliance: Ensure all shipments adhere to local and international trade laws, tariffs, and documentation requirements.

- Logistics Coordination: Manage inbound freight, tracking schedules, and delivery milestones with shipping lines and freight forwarders.

- Vendor Management: Build relationships with overseas suppliers, customs brokers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

- Documentation Oversight: Verify commercial invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and clearance paperwork.

- Cost & Contract Negotiation: Secure favorable freight rates,

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.

- Experience: 3 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in import operations, international shipping, or customs clearing.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with local customs procedures, Incoterms, and trade regulations.

- Core Skills: Robust negotiation, data analysis, problem-solving, and proficiency in ERP or trade compliance software
