Role Objective

Responsible for managing visit visa applications and backend immigration processes, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submission, and smooth coordination with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end visit visa documentation and application processing.

Collect, verify, and organize client documents as per visa requirements.

Prepare and maintain visa application files, forms, and supporting documents.

Coordinate with clients for pending documents, clarifications, and updates.

Ensure applications are accurate, complete, and submitted within timelines.

Track application status and provide timely updates to clients and the concerned team.

Coordinate with visa consultants, embassies/VFS, and internal teams wherever required.





Maintain proper records of applications, submissions, approvals, and rejections.

Identify documentation gaps and ensure necessary corrections before submission.

Follow company processes, compliance requirements, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Immigration, Visit Visa Processing, Visa Consultancy, or Backend Operations preferred.

Valuable knowledge of visit visa documentation and application procedures.

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Good communication and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM/data management.
