We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Implementation Specialist to manage product deployments, client onboarding, implementation, training, and ongoing customer support.If you enjoy working directly with customers, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering successful software implementations, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end implementation of Iween Software Solutions' products.
- Deploy SaaS travel portals for domestic and international clients.
- Configure API Credentials and portal settings.
- Coordinate project implementation activities and share regular project status updates with stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation and issue resolution.
- Visit client locations, when required, for implementation, training, and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with Technology, QA and Sales teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Understand client business requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations and user training sessions.




- Maintain implementation documentation, issue logs, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, ownership, and timely follow-ups.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Implementation, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and customer-centric approach.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the Travel or Travel Technology industry.
- Hands-on experience with B2B and B2C travel platforms.
- Experience supporting domestic and international clients.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems, fare management, and SaaS platforms.
- Prior experience in customer onboarding and software implementation projects.
