- Should have 7+ years of Core SAP HR Payroll experience
- Should be robust in US and Canada Payroll Configurations
- Must have led the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP HR/HCM Payroll solutions within the S/4HANA environment
- Configure and manage complex country-specific payroll schemas, rules (PCRs), and features to ensure precise gross-to-net calculations
- Drive seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP Payroll using Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or Core Hybrid models
- Design and maintain statutory compliance requirements, including tax configurations, year-end processing, and legal reporting/forms (e.g., Year-End tax filings)




- Oversee payroll tax engine tools (such as BSI Tax Factory for US payroll) and regularly apply SAP Notes and Support Packages for regulatory updates
- Author comprehensive functional specifications for ABAP developers to create custom payroll reports, user exits, and interfaces, followed by rigorous testing
- Serve as the subject matter expert to diagnose and resolve complex payroll run errors, posting failures to Finance (FI/CO), and third-party vendor interface issues
- Must have worked in US AMS/Support engagement with hands-on to ticketing system SNOW
