Job Summary

We are looking for an ILO Practitioner to support virtual training programs and online events for internal and external clients. The role involves event coordination, Microsoft Teams support, scheduling, client communication, reporting, and back-office training operations.

Key Responsibilities

- • Set up and manage Microsoft Teams and virtual training sessions.
- • Coordinate event schedules, agendas, presenters, and logistics.
- • Conduct preparation calls before live events.
- • Provide live event support, including audio/video checks and basic troubleshooting.
- • Handle client queries through email and functional inboxes.
- • Coordinate with Technical Support for complex technical issues.
- • Generate reports and maintain trackers/data accurately.
- • Manage training activities and logistics using internal learning platforms.




- • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and proper documentation.

Required Skills

- • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and web-based systems.
