Role Summary

Subway India is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented IHM graduates to join our restaurant operations team. The selected candidate will support daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve Subway products as per brand standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with billing, cash handling, and inventory management.




- Support day-to-day restaurant operations and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management (IHM).
- Fresher to 6 months of experience in Hospitality, QSR, Food Service, or Restaurant Operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
