Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IGA Delivery Lead – Saviynt to lead Saviynt-based Identity Governance initiatives, including solution design, implementation, operational support, and team coordination.

The role involves managing Saviynt engineers, delivering platform enhancements, supporting identity governance processes, and ensuring effective implementation of access management and compliance controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Saviynt engineering team and manage delivery activities.
- Design, configure, and enhance Saviynt IGA solutions.
- Manage application onboarding, access reviews, provisioning, and reconciliation.




- Configure workflows, controls, reports, and lifecycle management.
- Manage ITSM incidents, requests, and problem tickets.
- Support Saviynt upgrades and least-privilege access.
- Develop SOPs and automate reporting processes.

Required Skills
- 8–12 years of IGA implementation experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on Saviynt IGA experience.
- Solid knowledge of IAM, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience with provisioning, reconciliation, and access certification.
- Proficiency in Java, PowerShell, and JSON.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and ITSM.
- Ability to work in India/US time-zone shifts.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
