- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day ICU operations.
- Ensure proper patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Manage and guide ICU nursing and support staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staff coverage.
- Monitor compliance with infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies.
- Ensure proper documentation, records, and handover procedures.
- Coordinate with consultants, doctors, nurses, and other departments.
- Monitor availability and proper functioning of ICU equipment and supplies.
- Handle emergencies and escalate critical issues to the appropriate authority.
- Conduct staff training and ensure compliance with hospital standards.
- Support NABH and other quality/compliance requirements.
- Report operational issues and staff concerns to management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
