oin our experienced team and contribute to the reliability, efficiency, and performance of our advanced hydraulic systems. We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic Engineer to lead breakdown maintenance, preventive checks, and troubleshooting of high-pressure hydraulic test rigs and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic systems in test rigs.

- Maintain NAS valve standards at minimum contaminant levels and ensure zero contamination in hydraulic oil through proper filtration, monitoring, and regular maintenance.

- Troubleshoot hydraulic system faults by checking pressure levels, flow rates, and sensor feedback signals.

- Monitor and analyze signals for faults in hydraulic valves, pumps, actuators, and other critical components.

- Identify the root cause of system breakdowns and implement effective solutions to minimize operational downtime.

- Carry out visual inspections for leaks, blockages, noise, vibration, and other abnormal operational conditions.

- Ensure all hydraulic components are in good working condition and perform as per defined standards.

- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, observations, and replaced parts.





- Ensure strict safety compliance and adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Technical Knowledge &

Skills Required

- Hydraulic Systems: Thorough knowledge of hydraulic valves (Pressure, Direction, Flow control, Servo valves), circuits, actuators, fluids, seals, filters, and accumulators.

- Brands: Hands-on expertise with Parker and Rexroth hydraulic pumps and accumulators.

- Troubleshooting: Expertise in breakdown analysis, visual inspection for leaks/blockages, and monitoring sensor/signal feedback.

- Additional Capabilities:

- VMC & HMC preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Routine mechanical maintenance of machines and equipment.

- Maintenance of high-pressure test rigs (400–500 bar).

- Basic working knowledge of PLC / SCADA is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of complex hydraulic systems.

- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
