Role: HVAC Validation Engineer

Experience: Fresher or recent pass-out

Department: Validation

Reporting to: Manager – Validation

Direct Reports: None

Role Type: Full-time and on-site

Base Location: Castor Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru

General Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, subject to project requirements

? About the Role

This is an entry-level opportunity to build a career in HVAC validation while working with systems used in pharmaceutical facilities, cleanrooms, and controlled environments.

Selected candidates will receive structured training and practical exposure to real-time projects. They will work as part of the execution team—sometimes collaboratively and sometimes independently—under the guidance of senior engineers.

The role offers hands-on experience in validation processes, regulatory standards, engineering practices, and project execution, supporting continuous technical and professional development.

?️ Key Responsibilities

- Assist with and execute on-site HVAC validation activities and testing for cleanrooms and controlled environments.
- Support the preparation and execution of validation documents,



protocols, test procedures, and reports.
- Participate in airflow, temperature, humidity, and pressure differential testing.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support the timely delivery of projects.
- Apply knowledge gained through structured training to practical project activities.

? Primary Objectives
- Gain hands-on exposure to HVAC validation activities.
- Assist in preparing and executing protocols and test procedures under senior guidance.
- Develop practical skills in airflow, temperature, humidity, and pressure differential testing.
- Build knowledge of GMP compliance and applicable regulatory standards.
- Grow into a reliable team member capable of working independently and collaboratively.

- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, cleanroom operations, and controlled environments.
- Strong interest in HVAC cleanroom validation.
- Good communication skills for working effectively with teams and clients.

Candidates should hold any of the following qualifications in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related discipline:

- ITI
- Diploma
- B.Sc.
- B.Tech
