An HVAC Project Manager oversees heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation or retrofit projects from start to finish. They make sure jobs finish on time, stay under budget, and meet safety and quality rules.

Key Responsibilities

- Planning & Scheduling: Set project timelines, track milestones, and line up the equipment and crew needed.

- Budget Control: Track costs, manage billing, handle change orders, and watch profit margins.

- Team Leadership: Direct field technicians, sub-contractors, and site engineers.

- Communication: Act as the main contact for clients, general contractors, and engineers.

- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols (HSE) and local building or energy codes.

- Project Closeout: Handle inspections, testing, commissioning, and final paperwork like as-built drawings

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
