- Assist customers with login, verification, and account-access problems
- Follow up with users and maintain customer engagement
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and WhatsApp/support channels




- Identify recurring technical issues and coordinate with the relevant technical team
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records

• Follow company customer-service and responsible-use policies

Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in Gujarati, Telugu, or Kannada
- Positive verbal communication skills
- Customer-service or telesales experience is an advantage
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Comfortable working with CRM/support systems
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
