About the Role

We're looking for an HR Operations & Payroll Executive to take ownership of day-to-day HR operations, monthly payroll and the complete employee lifecycle. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Jaipur office, working closely with leadership and team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including collecting and verifying payroll inputs
- Maintain attendance, leave, LOP and employee records
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation and lifecycle activities
- Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS) and prepare HR reports
- Manage exit formalities and Full & Final Settlement




- Resolve day-to-day employee queries and payroll-related concerns
- Coordinate with payroll/statutory consultants and HR vendors

Requirements

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and payroll
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and Indian labour laws (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity)
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel for payroll and HR reporting
- Familiarity with HRMS or payroll software is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities and meet payroll deadlines
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle employee information confidentially
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field preferred
