Role Description The HR & Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining discipline, organisation and accountability across the company.

This is not limited to traditional HR administration. The person will work closely with management and team members to make sure company SOPs, policies, documentation and internal processes are consistently followed.

The role will include:

- Managing employee attendance, leave records and leave policy implementation.
- Coordinating employee onboarding, probation, confirmations and offboarding.
- Preparing and maintaining offer letters, employment agreements, NDAs, experience letters and other company documentation.
- Ensuring company SOPs and internal processes are followed across departments.
- Following up with team members and department heads on internal commitments, documentation and pending actions.
- Maintaining employee records and keeping HR documentation properly organised.
- Managing basic office administration, office etiquette and workplace discipline.
- Coordinating recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintaining vendor, freelancer, employee and other operational agreements.




- Following up on client payments, invoices and other payment-related documentation.
- Supporting basic account management such as maintaining expense records, payment trackers and coordinating with the accountant where required.
- Managing office supplies, vendors, utilities and general workplace requirements.
- Keeping internal trackers, documents and records updated and accessible.
- Helping management establish and enforce policies without exceptions based on seniority.
- Holding employees, managers and leadership accountable to agreed processes and timelines.

The right person should:

- Have strong organisational and documentation skills.
- Be comfortable following up persistently until tasks are completed.
- Have the confidence to enforce company policies across all levels of the organisation.
- Be highly disciplined and detail-oriented.
- Handle confidential employee and company information responsibly.
- Communicate clearly and professionally.
- Be comfortable managing multiple administrative responsibilities simultaneously.
- Have a basic understanding of HR policies, employee documentation and employment compliance.
- Have basic knowledge of accounts, invoices, expenses and payment tracking.
- Be proficient with Google Sheets, Google Docs, MS Office or similar tools.
- Be proactive rather than waiting for management to identify every issue.
- Have strong personal ethics and a high level of accountability.

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field is preferred, but attitude, organisation and ownership are more important than the qualification itself.
