Job Summary

SRR Projects Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with strong expertise in infrastructure and construction recruitment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions for civil construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for infrastructure, civil construction, commercial and residential building projects.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle recruitment for Civil Engineers, Site Engineers, Senior Engineers, Project Managers, QS & Billing Engineers, MEP Engineers, QA/QC, Safety, and other construction-related positions.
- Understand project requirements, job descriptions, experience criteria, and site locations.
- Screen resumes based on relevant construction experience, technical skills, current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
- Coordinate with project teams, HODs, and hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
- Conduct initial HR screening and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.




- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Coordinate salary negotiations, offer releases, and candidate joining follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, interview status reports, and daily/weekly hiring updates.
- Support onboarding coordination and joining formalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in HR recruitment, specifically in infrastructure or construction.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and building project recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Robust coordination skills with site teams and project management teams.

Candidate Preference
- Candidates with recruitment experience in infrastructure, construction, residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects only.
- Immediate to 15 days' notice period preferred.
