We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
- The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for Ornate Solar’s on-site workforce in Delhi, India.
- This full-time, on-site role involves managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting leaders with workforce planning and organizational development.
- The HR Manager will handle employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and foster a positive, inclusive culture aligned with the company’s values.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating training and development initiatives, supervising payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance, maintaining accurate HR records and reports, and implementing HR best practices to support a growing renewable energy business.
- Strong HR operations skills, including experience with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and creating inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace practices.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws,
HR compliance standards, and best practices in policy design and implementation.
Ability to manage HR data, prepare reports, and work with HRIS or other HR-related software tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Prior experience in a managerial HR role, preferably in a fast-growing or technology/renewable energy organization.
Comfort working on-site in Delhi, India, with a commitment to supporting a mission-driven clean energy company.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Positive understanding of recruitment and general HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
