About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Manager to lead and strengthen our people function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, policy implementation, and building a high-performance culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across functions.
- Develop and execute hiring plans to support business growth.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and retention initiatives.
- Drive performance management processes, goal setting, reviews, and employee development programs.
- Partner with department heads to address workforce planning and organizational needs.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary matters, and conflict management.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operations, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Oversee HR policies, processes, and compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Design and implement employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards,



and workforce analytics for management review.
- Support leadership in organizational development and change management initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a quick-growing organization.
- Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with performance management and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
