Udaan Scholars is an education platform helping students make informed decisions through career guidance, college admissions, scholarships, college discovery and mentorship.

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Work From Home

Stipend:

Unpaid Internship

Working Days: 6 Days/Week

Time Commitment: 4–5 Hours/Day

What we are looking for:

- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Genuine interest in HR and Talent Acquisition
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and handling multiple requirements
- Good attention to detail and professional communication
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Docs
- Self-driven, organized, reliable, and able to commit to 4–5 hours/day, 6 days/week

What you will do:

- Source, shortlist, and screen candidates for open roles
- Create job postings and manage candidate pipelines




- Conduct initial HR interactions and coordinate interviews
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring updates
- Support selection, onboarding, and HR documentation
- Assist with other HR activities when required

Bonus if you have:

- Prior HR or recruitment experience
- LinkedIn or job portal sourcing experience
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or HR tools
- Previous startup experience
