Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for the Vishakhapatnam office. This full time, on-site role will involve partnering with leadership to develop HR policies, compensation frameworks, and career development initiatives that align with business goals.

The HR Manager will manage HR documentation, compliance with local labor laws, and maintain accurate employee records. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating hiring processes, conducting HR interviews,



handling employee relations issues, and supporting training and development programs. The role also includes implementing HR systems and processes to support a growing consulting team and promoting an inclusive, collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
- Experience in performance management, goal setting, and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and local labor regulations in India.
- Experience with HR administration, documentation, and HRIS or related systems.
- Ability to collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in IT or consulting environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Vishakhapatnam and support a diverse, global-focused team.
