Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment for open roles across KSKT & Kaze Living. This is a quick-paced, office-based role suited to someone energetic, communicative, and keen to build hands-on recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities





- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and agency coordination.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video screening calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and hiring dashboards.
- Draft and post job openings across relevant platforms.
- Follow up with candidates through the interview process to ensure a smooth experience.
- Coordinate offer rollout and pre-onboarding formalities with the HR team.
- Support ad hoc recruitment drives and hiring events as needed.

What We Are Looking For

- 6 months to 1 year of experience, ideally with some exposure to HR or Recruitment .
- Excellent communication skills.
- Active, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work 6 days a week from the Gurgaon office.
