Support the HR team in developing and implementing a functional competency framework across key functions, enabling clearer role expectations, capability assessment and employee development.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Map roles, job families and functional capabilities across departments
- Support interviews/discussions with Functional Heads and SMEs to identify critical competencies .
- Convert role responsibilities into well-defined functional competencies and proficiency levels.
- Develop and maintain the competency library and role–competency matrix .
- Support validation of competencies with business stakeholders.
- Create presentations, dashboards and documentation to support the framework rollout.
- Coordinate with HR and business teams to ensure timely completion of framework milestones
