We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to join our team and support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

- Create and post job vacancies on Internshala, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.

- Maintain employee records and recruitment databases.

- Manage HR documentation and employee files.

- Assist with attendance and leave management.

- Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with management when required.

- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR communications.





- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

- Assist in maintaining HR policies and processes.

- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
