Who We Are

Infinity Pillars is an AI-first production house bridging deep-rooted film production expertise with generative AI workflows. We produce content for D2C brands, agencies, and production houses across Delhi, Mumbai and Pune. We're a lean, fast-moving setup — which means every person we bring in needs to actually move things forward.

The Role

We're growing and hiring across multiple functions. You will own the recruitment pipeline end-to-end — from posting roles and sourcing candidates to first-pass screening and scheduling. You'll work directly with the founder.

What You'll Actually Do

- Source candidates across LinkedIn, Internshala, and Unstop for open roles
- Screen applications against clear criteria we define together
- Maintain a clean, updated tracker (Google Sheets) of all candidates and their status
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Draft and post job descriptions across platforms




- Follow up with candidates and close the loop on rejected applications

What We're Looking For

- Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or Mass Communication
- Extremely organised — you live by checklists and never drop a follow-up
- Comfortable on LinkedIn — you know how to search, filter, and reach out
- Clear written communication in English
- High agency — you don't wait to be told twice
