Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Assist people team in their day to day operations like - Asset management, policies review, employee communication, employee engagement, onboarding and offboarding processes and policies

- Manage job postings, candidate applications and review of the same as per hiring manager's requirements

- Document day to day operations and processes

- Streamline existing operations and processes as per company's policies and goals

- Understand business as a whole and project the same with external and internal stakeholders

- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up with the candidates regarding their application and further process of the hiring
