Roles and Responsibilities
- Support business development by:
- Identifying potential clients and preparing proposals.
- Conducting cold calls and reaching out to relevant client pools to pitch our services.
- Generate creative ideas for engaging employee events and learning & development initiatives tailored to diverse client needs.
- Implement and oversee the execution of employee engagement and L&D; events, ensuring seamless and impactful delivery.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and align event strategies with their organizational goals.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
