Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.

The Human Resources

Executive will support performance management processes, assist in developing HR policies, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards. Day-to-day activities include coordinating interviews, maintaining HR databases, supporting payroll inputs, managing attendance and leave records, and handling employee queries in a timely manner.



The role also involves organizing training and development initiatives, contributing to employee engagement activities, and collaborating with leadership to support workforce planning and a positive workplace culture.

- Candidates should possess skills in HR operations, employee records management, and HR documentation for accurate and compliant processes.
