Key Responsibilities

✅ Update and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

✅ Screen resumes and schedule interviews to streamline the hiring process.

✅ Assist with payroll, recruiting, and employee development initiatives.

✅ Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures to uphold company standards.

✅ Coordinate company events and engagement activities, nurturing a vibrant work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

? Manage the recruitment and selection process, helping us attract top talent.

? Update internal databases with new employee details and records.

? Gather payroll data, including leaves, working hours, and bank details.

? Oversee job postings and updates across job boards and social networks.





? Prepare HR-related reports and provide insights to management.

? Address employee queries related to advantages and leave policies.

? Review and distribute company policies in digital and physical formats.

? Organize company events, and engagement activities.

? Foster a positive, growth-oriented workplace culture.

? Provide strategic HR insights (for HR Managers) to enhance workforce planning.

Qualifications

✔ Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role. ✔ MBA in HR from a premier/recognized college or university. ✔ Strong organizational and administrative skills. ✔ Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. ✔ Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
