Human Resources Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across HR Operations, Recruitment, and Administration , with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle onboarding, documentation, employee records, attendance, leave, and HR-related queries.
- Coordinate with payroll and other internal teams for employee-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and updated HR documentation and MIS reports.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.

Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial discussions, and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports.

Administration

- Coordinate with Admin, IT, Finance, and other departments for employee requirements.
- Support office administration and employee facilities.
- Assist with attendance, access cards, assets, and other administrative activities.
- Handle day-to-day employee and office-related coordination.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, and Administration .
- Robust knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Good sourcing and recruitment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates who have worked in IT/ITES, staffing, consulting, or corporate HR environments will be preferred.

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
