We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team.
Location : Zuarinagar, Goa
Experience: 3-4 years
Preferred: Candidates from in an around Vasco City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, screening, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave, and employee queries
- Support payroll and HR administration
- Provide employee counselling and support on workplace-related concerns
- Address employee grievances and help resolve workplace issues
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-4 years of HR experience preferred
- Good communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle employee concerns with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office
Languages:
- English & Hindi
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
