Job Summary

Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations along with day-to-day operational coordination, including recruitment, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, HR policies, performance management, employee engagement, MIS, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment , sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle employee documentation , joining, confirmation, promotion, increment, PIP, warning, and exit formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, salary records, and salary slip coordination .
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes .
- Coordinate performance management , probation reviews, targets, PIP, incentives, and appraisal activities.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and support employee grievance handling.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS , employee records, recruitment trackers, attendance,



and performance reports.
- Coordinate with management and different departments for HR and operational requirements .
- Support HR compliance and labour-law documentation .
- Handle operational coordination, including follow-ups, MOMs, trackers, process documentation, and cross-functional activities .
- Support management in process improvement and implementation of organizational systems .

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.
