– HR - Specialist

Job Title: Senior HR Generalist / HR Operations & HR Business Partner

Experience: 6–8 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented HR Generalist / HR Operations & HR Business Partner with 6–8 years of experience across HR operations, employee lifecycle management, employee engagement, performance management, talent management, and business partnering.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and employees, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and processes while supporting organisational growth, employee experience, and workforce effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. . HR Operations

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes including joining formalities, transfers, promotions, confirmations, employee records, and separation.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies, statutory requirements, and internal processes.
- Manage and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
- Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation in HRMS.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely resolution on HR-related matters.

2. HR Business Partnering

- Partner with business leaders and functional heads to understand workforce requirements and provide effective HR solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related matters, employee relations, performance, engagement, and organisational development.




- Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, organisational restructuring, and succession planning.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to business leaders using relevant people analytics and HR metrics.
- Identify people-related risks and proactively address them in partnership with business stakeholders.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

- Build robust employee relationships and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and workplace issues with appropriate confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, action plans, and recognition programs.
- Conduct regular employee connects, skip-level interactions, and feedback sessions.
- Identify employee concerns and work with managers to improve retention and engagement.

4. HR Analytics & MIS

- Prepare and present HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, attrition, hiring, absenteeism, engagement, performance, and other key HR metrics.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Track and report HR KPIs and business-specific people metrics.

5. Compliance & Governance





- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper HR documentation and records.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organisation.

Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist, HR operations, and HRBP capacity.
- Experience in partnering with business leaders and managing employee relations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in HRMS, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HR analytics/reporting tools.
