Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations to support a growing technology organization. This full time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves handling recruitment processes, onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role includes implementing and updating HR policies, supporting performance management activities, and coordinating training and development initiatives.

Executive will foster positive employee relations, address HR-related queries, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. The position also requires collaboration with management to support workforce planning, employee engagement programs, and continuous improvement of HR practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, Salary Processing and HR data management.
- Skills in Employee Relations, with the capacity to handle employee concerns, engagement activities, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that align with local regulations and organizational culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and best practices in HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
