Role

We're hiring an HR Executive (1–2 years' experience, preferably from the events/media industry) to lead recruitment efforts at our Gurugram office.

What You'll Do

- Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Coordinate with department heads on hiring needs
- Maintain candidate pipelines and interview schedules
- Ensure smooth onboarding for current hires

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years in HR/recruitment, preferably from events or media
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple hiring pipelines
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Willing to work on-site in Gurugram
- Want it trimmed even further into a quick LinkedIn post format (just a few punchy lines)?
