Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave tracking, and maintaining HR records for all clinic staff. The role includes supporting HR policy implementation, handling employee queries, facilitating performance review processes, and coordinating training and development initiatives.

The HR Executive will also help foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, supporting conflict resolution,



and promoting a respectful and inclusive work culture. Additional responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and clinic guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Cosderma Skin Clinic in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management for overseeing core HR functions and supporting strategic people initiatives.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills to manage onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and HR information systems efficiently.
- Candidates should possess expertise in HR Policies to support policy development, implementation, communication, and compliance with local labor regulations.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills to handle employee queries, support conflict resolution, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or service-oriented environment is an advantage.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Comfort with basic HR software, MS Office tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical
