Job Title: Human Resources Executive

? Location: Surat, Gujarat

? Work Mode: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee joining, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.
- Support payroll inputs, HR records, appraisals, and employee queries.
- Coordinate training, employee engagement, and HR activities.
- Assist with statutory compliance and implementation of HR policies.




- Work closely with management on workforce planning and HR operations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and core HR operations.
- Understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP software .
- Prior HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors .
- Ability to work on-site in Surat with professionalism and confidentiality.
