Role & responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls/interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer-related discussions.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Meet daily and monthly candidate sourcing, submission, and hiring targets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular status updates.




- Work closely with the recruitment team to fulfill client hiring requirements within timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in IT staffing/recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, etc.
- Experience working with US staffing or international recruitment will be an advantage.

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Onsite Preferred Location: Candidates residing near Ellora Park, Alkapuri, Bhayli, and nearby areas are highly preferred.
