HR Manager – GDD (Global Design Delivery Center)

Qualification: Full-Time MBA/PGDM in HR – Mandatory

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR Operations for our Global Design Delivery Center (GDD). The candidate should have strong experience in employee lifecycle management, joining formalities, HR compliance and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage end-to-end HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle.
- Handle onboarding, joining formalities, documentation and exits.
- Ensure employment law compliance.
- Manage employee relations, grievances and HR policies.
- Coordinate payroll, benefits and HR MIS.
- Work with global stakeholders and support international HR operations.
- Ensure smooth HR processes across multiple geographies and time zones.

Desired Profile:-

- 10–15 years of HR Operations experience.
- Robust knowledge of HR Operations, Employee Relations.
- Experience in International/Global HR Operations preferred.
- Exposure to APAC / EMEA / UK / Africa markets will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full-Time MBA/PGDM in HR is mandatory.
