About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team at Kolte Patil Developers Ltd.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR Transformation, SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, HR Analytics, HR Data Management, and core HR operations. The intern will work with HR leadership and cross-functional teams on technology implementation, HR reporting, employee lifecycle processes, and data-driven decision-making..

Role & responsibilities

- Assist in the testing, documentation, and end-to-end rollout of the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) module.
- Clean, validate, and structure large HR datasets to ensure accurate system migration and reliable reporting.
- Support the development and maintenance of HR dashboards using advanced Microsoft Excel techniques.
- Utilize tools like Power Query to clean, merge, and automate complex datasets for management reporting.
- Analyze real-time HR data to identify trends related to attrition, performance, and workforce demographics.
- Translate raw HR metrics into actionable business insights to support decision-making.
- Support core HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle, providing a holistic view of the employee journey.
- Assist with employee onboarding procedures, background checks, and initial documentation.
- Contribute to ongoing employee engagement initiatives and assist with smooth offboarding processes.




- Collaborate with the HR team to execute daily operational tasks and streamline internal workflows.
- Assist with compliance-related documentation and ensure high data integrity across all HR systems.
- Partner with various stakeholders to understand data requirements and support additional strategic HR initiatives as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel is required.
- Familiarity with advanced functions and Pivot Tables.
- A robust desire to learn/use Power Query is a major plus.
- A keen interest in HR Information Systems (HRIS), digital HR transformation, and leveraging data to solve HR challenges.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling sensitive organizational data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
